BottomsUp Fam is a sobriety and accountability project built on honesty and respect. We collect the minimum we need, we are upfront about it, and we never sell your data or share anything about your recovery with advertisers. Full stop.
If you are in crisis, please reach out now. BottomsUp Fam offers peer and community support. It is not therapy, medical care, or a crisis service. If you or someone you know is in danger or thinking about self-harm, call or text 988 (the Suicide and Crisis Lifeline in the US), call 911, or contact your local emergency services. These resources are always free and are never placed behind any payment.
1. Who we are
BottomsUp Fam is a project of OYE Creations LLC ("we", "us"). This policy covers bottomsupfam.com and the BottomsUp Fam pages and sign-up forms. If you have questions, reach us through the chat bubble on any BottomsUp Fam page.
2. What we collect
Right now BottomsUp Fam is a podcast and community in progress. We keep data collection deliberately small.

We do not ask for, and we do not want, sensitive details about your recovery, your health, or your history in order to sign up. If you ever share something personal with us directly, we treat it as confidential.
3. AI features
BottomsUp Fam does not use any AI to process your personal information. We do not feed your email or anything you share into an AI system.
4. Who we share data with
We rely on a small set of trusted providers to run the site. We share only what each one needs to do its job:
- Cloudflare - hosting, security, anti-spam (Turnstile), and storage of the email sign-ups described above.
We do not sell your personal data, and we never will. We never share anything about your recovery with advertisers or data brokers. Recovery is hard enough without your information being passed around. We treat it as confidential.
5. How long we keep it
We keep your sign-up details only for as long as we need them to send the updates you asked for. You can ask us to remove you at any time, and we will delete your information. There is no hoop to jump through.
6. Your rights
- See the information we hold about you.
- Correct it if it is wrong.
- Delete it, and remove yourself from our list.
To make any of these requests, contact us through the chat bubble on our site. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR (Europe) or the CCPA (California). We honor those rights for everyone.
7. Age
BottomsUp Fam covers addiction, recovery, and the consequences of a fatal DUI. It is intended for adults aged 18 and older, and it is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has given us their information, contact us and we will delete it.
8. Cookies
We use only the essential cookies and storage needed to keep the site working and to run our anti-spam check. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
9. Changes to this policy
If we make a meaningful change, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of BottomsUp Fam after a change means you accept the updated policy.
